After a long, long, long adventure of doing my math assignment, it is finally over. I think, in total, that it took me about 3 hours. Worst assignment ever. I could have possibly finished it in an hour and a half, but I decided that it needed to look "pretty." (Thus, the only way I actually survived such a project: by turning it into artwork.)
Somewhere in the middle of that, my mom told me that I needed to drive my brother's recorded driving hours to his driver's education class. So, I headed up to the high school. Wandering around the halls was a little bit strange. I felt uniquely out of place. It was liking being stuck in freshman year all over again; I had no clue where the class was. Along the way, I bumped into my psychology teacher from senior year. We got to talking for a good twenty minutes, simply about what I have been up to. He didn't believe me when I told him that it had already been two years since I had graduated. (Later, it connected in his mind considering my brothers are now seniors and taking his psychology class!) However, I finally found my way to the classroom I was in search of, and had a class full of youngsters staring at me.
The past few days have been rather lazy. I have little to no motivation to get any of my schoolwork done. I really want to be doing other things besides schoolwork; being in class isn't any better, either. I have resorted to doodling and sketching. Maybe soon I will scan in said sketches.
Anyway... I think that catches you up on my life. I have to go finish writing the lesson for youth group tonight- well, moreso just editing it down so that I can keep the students captivated. Tonight's lesson is on unity, kids. (Which... must be an important topic because that's what was talked about in chapel at Rochester College today. I must need the lesson too!)
