"Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something."

There's no inspiration when it's groundhog's day;
when you're breathing recycled air,
sucking in stale earth
and tasting just a general feeling
you feel that the world will always
be the same.

Except when you wake up and the weather has
changed,
there's a new smile to greet
and
you're dealing with a new anxiety.

Cos there's no seed to grow inside,
you learn that there's still time
to be frivilous.
young.
careless.
and sometimes unkind.

That's why there's always news in heartache
and the greatest stories ever told
tell of raw defeat,
with wounds that won't ever close.
Sometimes the greatest of enemies
become those
who you concern after the most.
